All aesthetics treatments require a £25 booking fee at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This is deducted from the price of your treatment on the day . We operate a 48 hour amendment policy for appointments. Any amendments that fall outside this period will forfeit any fees paid. Failure to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total. If you notify us at least 48 hours prior you will not be charged & your booking fee can be transferred. Failure to attend / no show or cancel a free follow up review will result in a charge of £30 to rebook.
Booking fees are transferable once only but not refundable.
Anti wrinkle reviews must be held between day 14 & 21.
We reserve the right to refuse / cancel treatments / appointments without prior arrangement at any time.
To book appointments a non refundable booking fee is required, no appointments will be booked without this. This is deducted from the final balance on day of treatment. We do not offer refunds after treatment, no warranty or guarantee is made by the clinic as to the results you may achieve, it is possible that results might not come up to your goals or expectations and that results can vary from client to client. This is also outlined on our consent forms signed by yourself before treatment commences.
No one under 18 will be treated under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, children under 18 are not permitted at the appointments due to the nature of the treatment and we are not covered for insurance reasons, if you arrive with children we will not be able to carry out your treatment and the booking fee will be lost, we apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

A H Aesthetics Academy
A booking fee will secure your place on the course, this is non refundable . Full payment is due 14 days prior to course date , you will be emailed your manual upon full payment being made . This payment is non refundable , but maybe transferred to another course / date within 6 months at A H Aesthetics Academy discretion.
A H Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to cancel a course / courses if full payment has not been received . On the rare occasion we may have to postpone or cancel , the payment is non refundable and we will ensure we arrange a date suitable for you . A H Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to change courses, dates, locations , course content , tutor and fees without any prior notice. A H Aesthetics Academy will not be held responsible for any costs incurred if any instances happen where the course is needed to be rescheduled at last minute. We will offer alternative dates for students to attend. Refunds are not available on any of our courses.
